    Wind rarely affects Fantasmic!
If you see a cute yellow lab puppy with a yellow cape, WAVE! It might be us! (Or it may be someone else that lurks here!) Thank you for asking before you pet! Next trip, Dec 22-Jan 3rd.

Oh, I'm sure there will be plenty of guesses once the usual suspects wake up and find this thread.

    Here, I will start.

The Little Mermaid just flew in from the gulf and she kept slipping off the raft because she was still covered in oil.

No, not the best, but it's late. I will sleep on it and come up with another "guess".
I can just imagine Eric setting Ariel up on her rock slowly, putting his hands out and saying "Stay... stay... stay... dang it!"

Yeah....they were two for two last night with the Fantasmic delays. On Thursday night, someone posted that the lights came up and there was no Mickey. Last night, I had staked out a spot for the fireworks around 8:00 and was all ready to start shooting at 9:30 and....nothing. I can't remember the last time Fantasmic was that late. I think it was almost 10 pm before they started the fireworks.

Yep, that's correct. We waiting for the fireworks too! I can't believe how late they started. I didn't think my 2 & 4 year old were going to make it!

Sooo....Didn't hear the fireworks yet tonight. Usually I can hear the louder bursts, i.e. the stars/shapes, etc, while I am out walking the dog, but I heard nada tonight.

Did they go off? We had a nice cool breeze moving through right around 9:30, so I wasn't sure if they cancelled them or not.

    Hi Forbidden Eye
I was walking around the River last night trying to find a good viewing spot and I saw you up against the waters edge. Tried to get your attention once by calling out your screen name, but you were concentrating on your camera and I was too chicken to yell your unconventional name again. That was me in the cowboy hat, if you saw me lurking.

I gave up waiting for the show and took the train back to Main Street from New Orleans and waited for the fireworks, which should have started 2 minutes before I arrived at the station but nope. I ended up doing a walking loop around the hub viewing area during the show. Weird!

Wife and I decided to go down for the fireworks last night simply because I got off work early. Watched from the side of Rivers of America, leaning against a food cart.
Delaying it was fine with me. But then again, I don't really ever get worked up about delays or cancellations.
