where does the parade stop (and where should I try to watch it from?)

Can anyone give me some tips/advice in terms of watching the 50th parade? I know there are "stops" but don't know where and what floats stops where so any help w. that or where to watch from w/o waiting 2 hrs on a curb or any other advice would be greatly appreciated!

Well, the parade is pretty long--I'd think that no matter where you sat along the parade route, you'd have a pretty good chance of seeing something during a stop.

The question then becomes which float you want to see during the parade stops, and which direction the parade is going in (from IASW to Town Square, or vice versa).
