I just wanted to know is Paradise Pier still open during the WOC show.I'm guessing Mickeys Fun Wheel is probably closed but is CA Screamin,MailBoomer,or Toy Story Funhouse still open during the WOC performances?

Toy Story Midway Mania is the only thing open. =/ Unless they cancel a show, that is. And the carousel and Silly Symphonies Swings do open briefly after the first show, but the emphasis is on the word "briefly."
I guess the WOC show wouldn't look right if Ca Screamin or the MailBoomer was operating at the same time.
Yeah, the lights would interfere with proper viewing. Still sad that it all has to be shut down, though. =/

Games oftheboardwalk are also open in that time frame. I believe they might include the zephyr and JJ in the future
Generally most will close for the show.
Heres a list of all PP Attractions closed for the show:
1. California Screamin'
2. Golden Zeypher
3. Jumpin Jellyfish
4. Silly Symphony Swings
5. Maliboomer
6. Muholland Madness
The only two that stay open is Toy Story Midway Mania! and Tritons Carousel (someone mentioned Carousel being open too).
I just don't see why Madness can't be open during the show. Its in the corner.

The world is a treasure trove of places.

I wonder if, during WoC, they're going to close TLMAUA when it opens. It is behind the audience and is indoors. Perhaps they'll just turn off the exterior lights while the performance is going on. Then again, that would be a logistic nightmare what with the WoC crowd and the queue for the ride right across the path from each other.
Feed the Birds. It's not just a song, it's a way of life.
If you're looking to ride Screamin at night....jump in line just before the cut it at 8:15. We did that two times this past week and were able to ride it mostly in the dark. It was very enjoyable :-) But yeah...most everything else is closed so there is a nice dark backdrop to WoC...having the lights on definitely would take away from the show.
Yeah I'm guessing that as well, seems sad they can't find a way to do more as the land really does become a hollow shell of itself.
So a year from now the only things running will be Mermaid and Midway? And they're both a fair distance apart. I think things will feel balanced again until Carsland opens and I can have somewhere of decent distance away to enjoy myself while I wait for my show.

Definitely. It's better than nothing. Yeah, for a short time, you'll hear William Tell start echoing across the water between the first and second shows.![]()
