    Free for "Mickey's Halloween Party"

    Hey Everyone,

My sister wants to get Deluxe passed, one for her, her husband, and 4 year old son. She also has a 2 year old son, but he is free.

    My question:

If the 2 year old get's in for free, does she have to pay for him if you go to the "Mickey's Halloween Party"? He's free normally, so would she have to pay for this event?

    Thanks
