New Merch found at the Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost

I was at the park yesterday and went into the Indy store and found something that I didn't expect to find at Disneyland.

Toy Guns and rifles! I forgot to take photos of it but examing them, they are similar to the ones you would find at Knotts Berry Farm 10 minutes away.

The pistols run around $10-$12 and the rifles, which are the bolt action toy ones are $17.

Knotts Merch has found its way to Disneyland. Haven't checked the Frontierland shop to see if they had something like it but I would guess they would.

I thought the park abandoned the selling of toy firearms, or was that a moratorium?

Well, NOS has a few pirates guns and things like that, so I guess they really haven't abandoned it. But I guess those really would be appropriate in Adventureland at Indy's outpost, so that's an interesting development.

Looks that way. As I've said, I've seen them in NOS in the past few months, and now it looks like Adventureland has them too.

I agree..as long as it's not Marvel garbage. Back on topic though. One of my best memories of Disneyland as a kid was walking into my first shop in Adventureland and seeing guns everywhere! I only went twice as a kid, and wow, as a little boy, I remembered that!! Glad to see "guns" back, I mean hello..it's Adventureland!?

Knotts? Toy guns are classic Disney souveniers! I'm glad to hear they're coming back.

Interesting, but sad for the tourist family(their toy gun will be confiscated at the airport, via the securty check-in.)

Any pics? I remember I bought a wooden toy gun back in the early 90s at one of the plaza shops at the DLH. It looked authentic. Imagine trying to get that past security today lol.

So, do these toy guns have a more 'natural' look like the old days or are they the obligatory neon orange and green type things we're used to seeing today?

Neon Orange and Green. And the rifle has a shoulder strap on them. Now i'm thinking of buying one next time, at the end of the day.
