    Re: Ticket Prices Go Up

I predict that the one-day, one-park tickets will rise by $3, while the APs will go up by $10 or more.

Went to Club33 yesterday and lunch is the price of a 1 day 1 park ticket... The price of the lunch was $85 per person. So that should be the new 1 day price...

If it jumps to 85 for a one day, one park, that's a huge jump in my opinion from 72.

Definitely expecting triple digit prices for park hoppers now...

Ugh. Been waiting to buy a new Premium AP... sounds like I better get one this week. So if I order the AP online, will the first day of use be the day I purchase it, or the day it is actually activated at the park? I usually just purchase in person, but will not make it to the park in the next couple days before prices go up. Can anyone clarify this for me?

You can buy it today and activiate your pass the day you go. I did that last year before the prices went up. Bought my pass on August 1, didn't go to the park until August 22.

are there any deals at Costco or elsewhere to help bring down the cost of an AP renewal?

Why not just go to Costco and buy the $200 pass? Its good for 4 visits until next August.

Drop the monthly payment plan, lower the ticket prices about $10-$15.00 for starters. Then see how it goes from there.
I'm tired of seeing so many AP's in the parks. It's like Disneyland's become a hangout zone, and not a theme park. Let's get the AP's back to a somewhat exclusive deal like back in the day.

The irony, of course, is that you have to be there to see them.

    That is kinda the problem.
See Disneyland is known as a Local Park meaning not many tourists and more people from So Cal so IDK what Disneyland is doing with their prices it seems very confusing.

I just got back from Disneyland and asked the ticket booth if the rising prices rumor was true and was told that they don't have confirmation but they're pretty sure prices will be rising slightly within the next couple of days.... Glad I got my son's pass today

Right, now that I have enough money for a trip they decide to raise prices. The universe is out to get me.

Sunday's brunch is always $13 more than the weekday prices (due to the "complimentary" champagne.)

Price for a one day went to $76 effective Thurs, so Club 33 will go up.
If you see a cute yellow lab puppy with a yellow cape, WAVE! It might be us! (Or it may be someone else that lurks here!) Thank you for asking before you pet! Next trip, Dec 22-Jan 3rd.
