    I would love to see one personally. I do think that using the Hyperion could work too. It might be a way to try it out and then if the idea is successful there then they can open a larger facility. I definitely think they need to increase the variety of outside of the park entertainment in the resort district. Since DLR doesn't have the space of WDW, they're going to have to come up with things like this that can give people a few more options while on vacations.

    A theatre would need a decent plot of land. Don't forget loading docks, backstage area, dressing rooms, fly space, orchestra pit, enough audience seats, and a lobby. Theaters are big...but a DTD expansion would be nice...more restaurants and fun things, less Disney stores.
