Re: My First Post, Tons of AWESOME Photos From my past 3 Trips!!!

WOW I did not expect so many comments so soon! thank you soooo much for all the compliments, I am so glad you all enjoyed them! and now i will do my best to respond to all the questions and comments,
    here goes

@awesome, thanks for the compliment im glad it kept you interested!! the night shots were all done on my t1i with a 50mm 1.8 no tripod, its a fantastic lens!!

@fantasnick haha, yeah tomorrowland does indeed need a little work heh.

@mac daddy the mr toad shadow one is also one of my favorites!

@wheresmickey the shots in the haunted mansion, i used my canon t1i, with a 50mm lens, f stop was at 1.8 iso 3200, and exposure composition all the way to the left. its hard to get shots like this without the lens having a 1.8 fstop those are great for dark shots

@tremellochick, haha thats me with the annual pass, i was indeed very excited!!! and yeah its a t1i

@matterhornj yeah i am really proud of that photo, doing this really kind of made it click that walt actually walked around this place just like us!

once again thanks sooo much for all the compliments, this is truly the most magical website!!! thanks thanks thanks!!!!
    more to come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have some mad photography skills!!! Your right you didn't need to post any words with them. You told the story you wanted just by looking at them. Thanks for being amazing!

BTW loved all the indoor shots especially in the HM!

Did you use any other lens other that your 50mm or did you just use that lens at night/indoors? I am thinking about investing in one.

Re: My First Post, Tons of AWESOME Photos From my past 3 Trips!!!

for some of the outdoor shots i used my 28-135mm but indoors i strictly stuck to the 50mm for haunted mansion and pirates of the carribean and other dark rides, its a good lens, and its cheap just google or amazon, canon 50mm 1.8 they are around 100 bucks or less now, and they take pictures comparable to 1000 dollar lenses, im thinking of upgrading though to the 50mm 1.4 because the 1.8 can be a little noisy when it is focusing, and its also made almost totally from plastic, but if you take care of it , it can be a great lens, but if youve got 350 to spare go for the 50mm 1.4

    also @wheresmickey
i took a look at your myspace, the hidden mickey in pirates on the shield, in the photo you showed, i could not see it, and i didnt see this one there

i had only noticed it recently, great myspace btw, soooo many i had never even noticed!!!

Wow! Your photos are exceptional, and you are very creative! It looks like your group had a great time. I literally lol'd at some of these, like your pose in front of the pier "just another day in paradise" sign!! You captured the intense color in World of Color which, thanks to Micechatters, I discovered is enhanced with blacklights. Thank you for posting here.
