Recently I've been walking by Snow White's Grotto and the Wishing Well does not play Snow White's Echo, anyone else noticed this?

Recently I've been walking by Snow White's Grotto and the Wishing Well does not play Snow White's Echo, anyone else noticed this?

It was working the last time I was there with the Mad Hatter and Alice this was back on July 31. Cause the reason I know this is because Hatter was making fun of the egos to it and I also hear it even in the water.
The grotto is one of those little spots that's so easily overlooked, yet so charming. I'm so glad to hear the echo's back! I knew it would be, some day (some day...some day....some day....)
