Re: Mickey’s Costume Party is the New Cavalcade

Thank you! Finally, some facts we can use!!!! AND there are fireworks/cavalcade times now!!! Whooooooooooooooooo!!!! Now if somebody could just confirm that parking is including, I'd be all set!

From the Disney Blog "It will be performed twice nightly. The cavalcade is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. on Tuesdays, and 8:15 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on Fridays and Halloween."

"Halloween Screams is planned for 9:30 p.m on Mickey’s Halloween Party nights. You may want to check disneyland.com when you get closer to your visit to confirm that time."

One of the floats is recycled from POD. It's the Finale float aka "Purple Haunted Castle"

Re: Mickey’s Costume Party is the New Cavalcade

Considering Mickey's Trick or Treat Party at CA only had 1 (one, count it, ONE) float, three is a huge improvement even if at least one is recycled!!

Really hope they will still allow kids to join in and dance during the "cavalcade." Mine has chickened out before, but if she knows they have giveaways...

The tickets state on them that parking is included, so I believe you are set.

Haha, you don't have to be a kid to join in on the cavalcade dancing...

Hey, I really wanted that Halloween button they were giving away!

If I missed reading that, then it can only mean I should probably start wearing my new glasses... Thanks for nicely pointing that out.

Looks pretty modest compared to Boo-To-You.

    Just throwing that out there.

Parade vs Cavalcade. They're not calling it a parade and then putting out something smaller.

Disneyland doesn't even have a year round daytime parade. And you expect a full out Halloween parade?

We'll NEVER get Boo To You out here... Even if it's outdated, that parade is still good.
