Christmas Fantasy Parade Just curious, who's going to be there on the first day it begins, Nov. 18th? And which performance time will you be seeing? Perhaps, both? It will certainly feel more like Christmas when that parade starts. It's odd seeing all the Christmas decorations up on Main Street and watching the PoD do their thing.
I'm not a "regular" mice chatter, but I will be there -- as I am here on vacation until Saturday. Can't wait for the holiday parade -- it is VERY weird to see all the holiday stuff up without it. The snow after the fireworks helps though == when they actually have the fireworks. (they haven't for the last 2 nights --- the 2 nights I have sat on my bottom in a great spot at the front of the hub waiting to see them...oh well. Tomorrow night I'll plan on riding some great rides at night and they'll have fireworks!

The winds should be gone by Friday, so if you haven't seen the fireworks by then, you will. And I'm sure you'll be amazed and in awe, they're awesome!!! I hope you're enjoying your vacation despite not seeing the fireworks yet. And enjoy the parade on Friday!! I'll be there for the last performance, which is around 7:45pm, I think.

I noticed that the parade started this weekend, and I was surprised. I thought that the parade always started on Thanksgiving Day, but maybe I'm just misremembering.

Thats what I remember as well (the Thanksgiving part). I guess they must have changed it. Maybe I'll try to see the parade during the week (if showing) before Christmas rush.

Er, I made it to the first showing--actually I was walking back from escorting my friend out of the park, but I got stuck on Main Street. Still had a pretty good view...the song is running through my head even as I type. :P
