I think you'll find that there are plenty of us around who LOVE the rain in the parks! Low crowd levels, gorgeous reflected holiday lights off of the wet pavement, ducking in to grab some hot chocolate because of the chill in the air...to me, it doesn't get any better than that. Slap those ponchos on and have a great time!

I love your positivity! Only thing I'm really bummed about is not being able to see A Christmas Fantasy if it rains. I'm not going back to DL for a few months and this is my favorite parade!

Better than the 85 degrees it was last weekend. I can't wait for the rain.

We will be there Monday and I was hoping for rain just to thin out the crowd a little! I love rainy days at the park!

Wow... thanks for drawing my attention to this... but this kind of sucks.
I like rain on regular weekends when I plan a day intentionally to take advantage of the rain and low-crowds... but this weekend is me and my girlfriend's 2 year anniversary and we've had a weekend at the parks planned for a while.
And rain does nothing but spoil our plans to do anything romantic outdoors like watch the Fireworks or World of Color... Plus I don't own a water-proof jacket...

Haha no way! Wow that's a pretty awesome coincidence.

I'm mostly just ticked because I ordered a water-proof jacket offline maybe 3 days ago thinking "Oh hey this will be useful next time I go to Disneyland and it's raining!" with regular shipping thinking "Psh. When will I need this?" Well apparently I need it this weekend... and it will most definitely not be here by then. Darn my luck.

I literally have no idea what I'm going to do about my lack of water-proof-ness.
My girlfriend, on the other hand, has all sorts of rain coats and bright yellow rain boots... so she'll be fine haha.
