i'm having a world of color dinner package on saturday dec 4 at ariel's grotto, so i'm wondering if there's any tips you guys have and i wanted to hear about some of your experiences. it's going to be my first time watching world of color too
I wish I could go back to when I first saw WOC back in June. It was such a great experience. I just wish that I had a beet viewing spot. Having said that, I highly suggest that you get a viewing spot a good 2 hours ahead of time. I'm not sure how different WOC crowds are in December compared to June, but I'd get there ASAP to ensure a good spot. Where you stand greatly affects your overall experience.
I, for example, had a 6'5" dude right in front of me and I had troubles seeing around him. So my advice is to be there early, prepare to get a little misted, and take plenty of pictures and video. Nothing beats your first time, so document as much as you can and take it all in. I'll be in the parks that day as well. Have fun!
"Well I don't know about you folks, but it's way past my bedtime."
We had dinner there last night. My sister and I both had the Santa Maria Tri Tip and it was delicious. We gave out WoC tickets away, we have already seen it and we were going to the private KOST Party at Disneyland.
