I'm pretty sure u are right and the elevator pre-show slows down HM a lot of course. So I'm guessing in time, after the initial rush the ride will probably average 30-45 mins anyway. But I still dont get why GSS has one at all? When MM opened, they mightve THOUGHT it would be popular (as DCA in general ) but that didnt turn out to be the case. I'm with Trevor, seems like they wouldve just eliminated it altogether.

I'm surprised they didn't include any art for the Maliboomer Park. This would've been the perfect chance to show off any sketches they may have.. We haven't really seen/heard any news about the park from WDI.

Covered queue = good; new paint job on track = good; overall new theme = good... BUT

Am I the only one disappointed that they didn't plus those queue rails? You know, make them look more.. err... barn-y? Oh well.

Just for the record - I'm not a nay-sayer, I am very excited about all the other stuff!

I guess thats true because it will suck people in just as fast (assuming it travels the same speed) but the line will constantly move instead of moving a lot quickly then stopping. It will feel faster.

That AND Buzz Lightyear uses it all year it which is the same system of course, so I dont get what makes them decide one system is necessary and one isnt?
I have a feeling that Buzz's capacity doesn't come close to the Mansion's. The speed is comparable but the vehicles aren't as close together as the HM's. If we assume every vehicle takes 2 people, then the ridership becomes a function of speed, capacity and vehicle proximity. The closer the vehicles are, the more that will pass the loading point in a given time span. A faster moving chain will also allow more vehicles to pass the loading point.

You're counting WOC animations once and then 6 times again?

    What is the hidden one?

And what about the strange shadows that appear in the GC hotel windows?

I was looking at MintCrocodile's update and noticed that on the Blue Sky Cellar version of the new entrance art, the monorail has been painted a solid color to make it look more like a Mark VII.

I believe that there are also bubbles at/on the Little Mermaid Building.

We worry that Disneyland is so crowded that Mainstreet can't handle the rush. Can you imagine how DCA will be one day when a couple hundred thousand people try to push through that entrance?

Again in the first shot, you can also see that after the last big turn, you have some more bunny hills and do indeed go "underground" for a short bit (you can see that in the left center of the photo) - that must be the underground caverns part that was discussed. Good to see it under construction.
Yeah, that's sort of an archway that the vehicles pass under. It's not the entrance to the show building. It's only a relatively small underpass - not really caverns or anything like that. The cars emerge from that underpass/tunnel maybe 25 feet away and pass right by the waterfall before turning left and then back to the right before entering the show building.

ETA: Illustrated here (large arrow on the middle left):

Here's what the numbers mean for those who are curious:

1)/2) Loading/Unloading area plus ADA spur
    3) Waterfall
    4) Luigi's (new tires - one of two options before the "big race")
    5) Ramone's (paint job - the other option)
    6) Bunny hop
    7) Final 45 degree banked turn

I'm sure they'll plus the rails somehow, even if that only means being repainted.

I don't. The ride will be there for them to look at.....plain as day. BAD decision to change this name. "Spin" is so generic......and like others have said, doesn't roll off the tongue like MJJ.
