I'm all fine with ElecTRONica staying and all, but the "sneak peek" of a movie already released on DVD in the MV3D theater has gotta go at least by Labor Day. That's not bad show... that's just embarrassing.

    A.K.A. Carthay Circle Theater?

Maybe they will take advantage of the balcony areas of the CCT building for this very thing! That would be nice.

So, how is the Pier looking? Anyone? I wonder when we'll start getting signage! And Bayside Brews needs to open already!

Come BVS' opening, you will never EVER see anything like Glowfest or Electronica again. They were tilt-up promotions to offset the invasive construction. I think it's rather shocking that these kinds of events took place and I'm sure they'll fade into yesteryear with a little cult following.
Glowfest and Electronica has made a boatload of money on alcohol sales..these types of events are here to stay. The themes might change but the booze and music isnt going anywhere. Trust me.

It's Thursday, isn't that usually when MintCrocodile posts an update? Or is he still on vacation?

Haha yeah well assuming that would be a big resturaunt, I was thinking more of a private one, hidden in the backroads of Hollywood known only to members. Maybe a cool way to get in like a lobby open to everyone with a bookshelf door etc. etc. Something to add a bit of mystery to DCA.

Btw, for those who were wondering MousePlanet is reporting the corridor will finally be walled off this sunday, so you the corridor from Condor Flats to Bugsland will not be accessible. You have to go either into Hollywoodland or Condor Flats to get to the back.

Looks like visible progress on Carthay will start to accelerate. It'll be a fun building to see take shape.

Wow! It's amazing how much more open the Hollywood Pictures Backlot entrance looks with the arch and the elephants gone. What would be cool if they made an actual End of Line Club like the one in Tron: Legacy. An indoor one I mean if they wanted a more permanent place like that. Did anyone hear that Disney has hired a new screenwriter for Tron: Legacy's sequel?

The elephants aren't gone yet, so it will be even more open after that.
