When I woke up on the last Saturday in January, I had every intention of going to Magic Morning in Disneyland park. I guess I'm getting slow in my old age, and instead, I dawdled over my McDonald's oatmeal, and soon realized that I would never make it in time. So instead, I finished my breakfast, returned to the HoJo, for my forgotten bottle of Vitamin Water, and ended up taking the ART bus which was conveniently waiting at the curb. I enjoyed riding the ART during my vacation. It was convenient, on time, never crowded, and the bus drivers were on average, pleasant and helpful.
I often put my camera through the fence at Disneyland to get an unobstructed view of the Mickey Floral, before the majority of guests swarm it at official park opening. I was doing that on that Saturday morning, when I got these few good shots.
While I was taking my pictures, I heard someone call my name. Now imagine that. Here I am in California. 1726 miles away from home, and someone is calling my name. I figured, it must be a MiceChatters, since the only people I know in California are MiceChatters. Imagine my surprise when I turned around, and realized that it wasn't just one MiceChatter, but 4. Amanda, and her sisters, and their friend Justin were in line, and had spotted me taking photos.
So what else could we do, but take another photo. Well Justin took the shot of us girls.
When the park officially opened, we took more pictures, of each other.

The five of us went on some rides together. We rode Jungle Cruise. I waited outside while they rode Indy. We then enjoyed Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, and Big Thunder Mountain RR.

Those are wonderful photos of everyone, and you covered Many sights I should take the time to photograph. I'm so glad you had a great trip!! Hurreeeee baa-aaaack .......

I took a lot of pictures of MiceChatters, as Fishbulb was explaining his Mice and Go Seek Game to those MiceChatters in attendance. I admit to not participating in the game. I understand that the idea was that 5 well known MiceChatters would hide somewhere in DCA and the other MiceChatters had to find them. Sorry, I can't report on this official event.

Beautiful. I am glad that you find it beautiful. I do believe that Disneyland is one of the most beautiful places that I have visited in my lifetime. I just feel so at home when I am there.

Yes, the oatmeal at MicDonald's is quite good. I had it several times during my trip.
Plenty of time for you to catch up on that homework, while I edit pictures. I take only average photographs, so there's lots of editing involved before I can post them.I love your trip reports a lot (this is coming from a 20 year who should be doing his homework.

Don't know about the great part. If great means "large in quantity, well than this report definitely qualifies.
I was definitely busy. No hangover involved, just an extra two days unexpectedly added onto the end of my vacation due to the blizzard in Chicago.

I guess this Bear must be an American cousin of Duffy. I ran across him near the Grizzly River Run area, and he was kind enough to pose for me, and with me in a picture.
