Reminder: New Disney Special on Travel Channel Tonight

Just thought I'd post a reminder that Travel Channel has a new Disney Parks special airing tonight at 8pm ET/PT titled "Best Places I've Ever Been: Disney Memories."

If past specials are any indicator, the focus will be on WDW but I've read that DLR will be featured as well. In any event, it should be fun to watch!

Got my DVR set. MJ150, perhaps it will be something you can catch on line? Sometimes shows find their way onto Youtube.

It depends on which provider you use and if you get HD or regular reception. I get digital HD from Time Warner. It's now just after 5pm and it's on now but will be repeated at midnight so that is one I will record. You have to look at your menu options before setting the time to record or DVR a show. Time Warner is the worst for not beeing in synch with everyone else. Most the HD Digital station are coming in directly from the East Coast where it in now 8pm. Direct TV and Dish give you the choice of which version of many channels come into your TV. It gets very confusing sometimes.

So far there has been only a small mention of Disneyland. What I found interesting is a lot of the video they showed was from at least the mid to early 90's. Space Mountain was shown with the escalator ramp!

It all lasted maybe 5 minutes. I hope there is more.

I thoroughly enjoyed the show! The Space Mountain part was awesome just to see the old escalator ramp!

It was all about WDW, with the briefest mention of Disneyland. Watched and deleted it. Didn't care for it.

Wasn't the greatest show in the world. The 4 minutes they covered on Disneyland did show it with the ramp for space mountain, the old autopia, peoplemover, rocket jets, subs which was great to see for a couple mins.

Gonna set the DVR for the 18th...the documentary on Walt was great, though. Really enjoyed that one.
