Re: If you had to choose...

What Main Disney Park Doesnt have a castle? Castle should stay, remove pooh (nothing against pooh) and bring Country Bears back. The Castle is the gateway to Fantasyland. Plus it has the geographical spot of the entire disneyland park (correct me if im wrong). Not to mention why would you remove the castle from the original park? I think it should stay.

Clearly, there is only one choice. Lose the castle. Build a multi-story parking structure in its place. Offer a new level of AP - the Supreme AP - that would include access to this lot. I'm thinking $1,500/year would be the right price point for the "Supreme".

And for all the sentimentalists who think they would miss that pepto-pink, moth ridden monstrosity we generously call a castle, we can make the facade of the parking structure look like a castle...or at least paint it pink or something. It's a win-win.

    Hey.... this thread seems familiar...
Words any Disney fan and especially Disney employee should live by:

"Disneyland is a work of love. We didn't go into Disneyland just with the idea of making money."
    -Walt Disney

"Disneyland will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world."
    -Walt Disney

"I do not like to repeat successes, I like to go on to other things."
    -Walt Disney

"We did it, Disneyland, in the knowledge that most of the people I talked to thought it would be a financial disaster - closed and forgotten within the first year."
    -Walt Disney

"It's kind of fun to do the impossible."
    -Walt Disney

"I only hope that we don't lose sight of one thing - that it was all started by a mouse."
    -Walt Disney

Winnie the Pooh. One of the worst rides at DL.

Might as well remove the whole park. You're on a 1920s street when there's this castle at the end of the road. When you start to go towards it you see a statue of some guy holding hands with an oversized mouse. You look to the right and there is this gold-blue-green-and copper thingy. You look behind you and to the left and there are tiki houses in a jungle-like area. Look next to that and there is this wooden-western place. Nothing fits the theme! Let's get rid of the whole park so we don't have to worry about that!
