Who is this character??

I've seen this on the new walls surrounding California Adventures and I'm curious to know who this little cute cat is, any ideas?

It may be Minnie's cat named Figaro! I seem to remember him from the cartoons back in the day.

It's not Figaro. As mentioned in other threads, he is one of many kittens that appeared in some of the early, early Mickey cartoons. Figaro was the cat in Pinocchio, and he was Minnie's cat in some cartoons after that, if I'm not mistaken.
