I'm surprised that "The Aristocats" isn't on that list. The 70s is often considered the forgotten decade of Disney Animated Classics.
Oh My Gosh I forgot all about the Aristocats lol... I guess it was a little too under rated...

    Trasure Planet.

I'm a sucker for anything sci-fi, and I've been a fan of RLS's Treasure Island since I saw the Muppets version, so these two themes put together made a fun, underrated film.

    Hercules gets 2nd place.

yeah I thought the Sci-Fi twist to the classic was awesome, and love the lil pink blob, hes hilarious. and John Silver's Character is very well done. I remember being blown away in the theater (even though I was 20 y/o) lol

Though not on the list, my choice would always be: "The Sword in the Stone"
After reading the options, these were my exact thoughts.
The Mickey audience is not made up of people; it has no racial, national, political, religious or social differences or affiliations; the Mickey audience is made up of parts of people, of that deathless, precious, ageless, absolutely primitive remnant of something in every world-wracked human being which makes us play with children’s toys and laugh without self-consciousness at silly things, and sing in bathtubs, and dream and believe that our babies are uniquely beautiful. You know…the Mickey in us.

Tough call. For me it was between Hunchback, Hercules, and Emperor's New Groove. I love all three of them dearly, but I picked Hunchback because it's an absolutely gorgeous film in every way. Animation, design, music, characters, subject matter, everything. It's always kind of ticked me off how under appreciated it is. One of my favorite Disney movies ever.

Me too!!! Its such a deep movie and touches a lot of stigmas in a beautifully dark setting...youre right it is far far underappreciated
I was very impressed with the tid-bit Hunchback gets in World Of Color, even though Im sure People miss it...they really should bring back the festival of Fools

Fox and the Hound is by far my favorite Disney movie.

It's an intelligent story with an underlying story about prejudice. It's pretty genius and really straight forward in the sense that it doesn't hold back (it's a fairly said story with a funny resolution). I really really dig that movie.

Emperor's New Groove. I would love a llama Kuzco meet and greet in Adventureland. Plus, Izma and Kronk were SO amazing (squeak squeaker squeak squeakin')!

I voted Hercules, but when I read the thread title, what came to mind was the Great Mouse Detective. I love that movie.

I like Emperor's New Groove it made me laugh a lot

    It's a music Celebration
Come on, come on, come on
    Strike up the band,
Feel the beat, what a great sensation
Come on, come on, come on
    Move and clap your hands,
    Get into the Spirit
    Let everyone hear it,
    So come on, come on
