It looks as though the paint is more faded on John than on Michael, Wendy, Peter or Tink. My question would be why that one area is fading or getting scuffed up more than the rest of the mural?

I just assumed it was because his Bieber cut was so 2010.....but now that I look at it, Michael could use a re-style too.

I think the whole mural could use a touch up

I don't think he looks much worse off, in fact I think it looks like either a flash glare or natural light that's washing his portion of the mural out.

It definitely is a flash. Look how much darker the right side of the photo. Unfortunately the flash prevents anyone from saying yes or no. Also, what if the OP meant something else by makeover.

    Here's another example of "flash".

Got glare? John doesn't need a makeover, the camera needs a polarizing filter.

I think you're mistaking the glare from the camera flash as paint fade. Every time I've seen them they all seem to be as bright (or faded) as the other. If anything, Tinkerbell looks a little more faded according to your picture.

You're complaining about OUR Peter Pan?

How would you survive if--heaven forbid--you went to Disneyland Paris.

I can't even fathom that being at a Disney park in the US. Any small sign of graffiti and the custodial crew gets to work immediately.

That is all flash. The right side of the picture is darker because the flash is hitting the wall on the left side (john in this case). This happens when you take a picture of something real close, where in this case the photo taker was probably on one of the boats.

I agree with the OP. They have a valid concern -- to me, John does look bad. I wouldn't have thought it was just glare from a camera's flash or otherwise. What would be nice is if someone happens to be there in person, maybe they could report to us how it's looking.
