Re: animation building walls taken down

I like it. It makes it fit into the Hollywood theme much better.
I THINK that the exit animations are stillm there but I'm not sure. I did'nt pay much attention and we left through the store
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

I have to say, I liked the old design better.....

The Animation building was one of the only things that most people believe was really done "right" at DCA. Why on earth did they spend the time and money to fix one of the least broken parts of the park?!

I believe everybody agrees the inside was one of the only things "done right" at DCA, but the exterior brings mixed opinions. I really can't deny that the old entrance seemed strange and a bit uninviting, so this new and much more welcoming entrance is a good change - people who arent necessarily regulars will be able to tell there are attractions inside now and its not just some weird entrance with nothing telling you whats inside..

We saw this last night and I have to say that I think it's way too bright. It looks good and I can appreciate the effort, but it's too bright. It makes it hard to see above the marquee. So I give it a 3 out of 5! Just OK.

Nooooooo!!!!! I loved that mural! It was my favorite thing at DCA! And to paint over it with some solid blue paint and some lame retro-wannabe posters for the attractions inside? I think I'm gonna cry...
