    Favorite Spots to People Watch

While standing with my sleeping three-year-old outside of Haunted Mansion for 30 last weekend it made me start to think of what other people’s favorite people watching spots may be. From this spot I was able to see everything from two girls wondering why Tom Sawyer’s Island closed at sundown and speculating it was because of a parade (how this is possible on water, I have no idea) to a girl not much older than my son with a mouth that was full of gold teeth.

What are some of your favorite spots and some of the interesting things you have seen?

"You can cut me off from the civilized world. You can incarcerate me with two moronic cellmates. You can torture me with your thrice daily swill, but you cannot break the spirit of a Winchester. My voice shall be heard from this wilderness and I shall be delivered from this fetid and festering sewer."

Magnolia Park is a great shady spot to people watch a lot of activity in NoS, HM, RoA.
The porch on Main Street is great as well.
Big Thunder Park is also good.

Our revels now are ended. These our actors, As I foretold you, were all spirits and Are melted into air, into thin air: And, like the baseless fabric of this vision, The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces, The solemn temples, the great globe itself, Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve And, like this insubstantial pageant faded, Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff As dreams are made on, and our little life Is rounded with a sleep. mycroft16 on Twitter

I sort of like sitting in the hub and people watching. Or some of the seats next to the Bengal BBQ. From there you get to see all the foot traffic through the Adventureland bottleneck.

Lower level of the Hungry Bear. People, plus cats and ducks, and the river activity. Can't beat it.

La Brea Bakery. People getting on and off the trams, people entering and exiting Disneyland, people walking to and fro along Downtown Disney, people lost then found, people laughing, talking, singing, kissing.

I like Coke Corner, where I can listen to the pianist while people watching. One time, a bunch of security converged on a couple who must have been arguing. The girl was obviously not happy as they walked away, because the guy kept trying to get her attention, and she was not having it.
"Look there she goes, that girl is so peculiar...with a dreamy, far-off look, and her nose stuck in a book..." Yep, that would be me!

I tend to post in a thread and forget to check it ever again, or even worse, I kill it. Yay me.

The Coke Corner is a great place to relax, and watch Musical Chairs with Alice and the Hatter.

    Today....

YouTube - Musical Chairs 3 18 11 Casey Jr Round

The Hatter makes sure that Little Alice can't lose. At the final round two more very little Alices show up, and Mr. Hatter pulls them out of the crowd to team up.
Here they are holding hands with Big Alice.
