To be honest, I simply used Lightroom 4 to minimize noise and I thought it did a pretty good job.
Here is one for today...

I have an older camera thats not capable of that high of an ISO, and I don't have Lightroom, or Photoshop or any fancy editing program.... Yes, I'm quite the dinosaur when it comes to that... but next time I'm in the park I'll see what I can do with MY little camera.

I got the shot of Zero on a walk-through of the ride during a "disney backstage" training thing. I took 1000 pictures over two days of the tour, and I put... 150 of them on Flickr. Glad you like little Zero and his bone! :)

This is a wonderful picture. I've never had my camera ready when I've seen them filling the tender.

ya know I had never seen it before. we had just gotten off the train and my dad was having issues with his scooter and they started to do this and I was like I gotta dig my camera out. Funny thing was my dad who has been going to the parks since 1957 and got me started on my addiction didn't know they did this and was in total awe when we got to experience this right there since we hadn't exited the station :) perfect timing

Well, you've got the first thing right- have your camera with you and available! I'm glad you're going to start sharing your pics with us!
As for editing, you can use www.picnik.com to get started. you can crop, fix red-eye, do some basic exposure fixing if it's too light or too dark. Once you know what you want to do to a photo, you can look for more complicated software packages. I use Capture NX2 myself, but others are available.
