What Type of Shop or Restaurant Would You Like at Downtown Disney?

There's a P.F. Chang's in Gardenwalk... I don't think they'd bring it to DtD too. Though I wouldn't be surprised if a Chinese or Sushi place came into DtD.

Also, I don't think they'd bring in any fast-food chain restaurants (In-n-Out)... I'd LOVE to see one, but I doubt it.

Things I WOULD like to see are more quick eateries (an Earl of Sandwich would be nice), a Chinese or Sushi/Japanese place would be nice too... and then as someone said above, a Disney @ Home store would be awesome too.

Starbucks would be great, but that's another doubtful situation... and if they did bring one there, it better be staffed with like triple of what a normal store does, because almost everyone would be there.

I think Starbuck's would work better as a kiosk between the parks rather than at downtown Disney. That way, it is easy to get your caffine fix either first thing in the morning or right before you get on the road no matter which park you are going to or coming from.

There's a Lush at Gardenwalk!! And also a Hooter's by Angel stadium down Katella. I agree that a Teppanyaki place would not work very well because of the rowdy teenagers. There's a particular kind of rowdy teenager in DTD--especially on grad nights. I'd love to see an In-n-Out there but the owners wouldn't be willing to comply with the Disney property requirements (closing on holidays, for example). I'd like any ice cream other than Haagen Daaz (or however you spell it!).
