Idea for the 75th and 100th Anniversary fireworks shows
To start with, think back the the 50th Anniversary and how with Remember... Dreams Come True they had Julie Andrews to the intro and finale. Now what do you all think of the following idea:
They massively pre-record a show like this for the 75th and 100th anniversaries. 75th being Dick Van Dyke on his own (I would love this). and for the 100th, both Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke. I say to massively pre-record it because they are both getting pretty old now Julie Andrews is 75 and Dick Van Dyke is 85 already. If they were to record it NOW they could surprise hundreds of guests with the voices of Mary and Bert hosting those fireworks shows. I for one would hate to see them get some current disney pop star for them because those teenagers have no good songs, and they all use auto tune.
What do you think?
My other idea for either the 75th or 100th (or possibly both) would be to have Johnny Depp do the intro, not pointing out the fact that he is Jack Sparrow, but I think kids today would connect more with Johnny Depp's voice then they do with Julie Andrews.

You do realize they have cloned all of the past and present disney actors/actresses and have them stored in the catacombs for personal and commercial use until the end of time, don't you? ;)

The problem, unless they just do the intros, is how will we know what is relevant at Disneyland or what changed and what's the same in 20 or 45 years.

Well if I remember right, the Julie Andrews narration (besides saying "50 years ago") could truly happen anytime in the future
