Re: Star Tours: The Adventures Continue Views and Reviews

Thank you for this quick post!! Great info, great pics!!

Anyone complaining about spoilers in a thread titled as a VIEW AND REVIEW has only themselves to blame.... It is definitely not the same as shouting out the surprise ending of a movie as people are going in, first we have a choice to open the thread or not, and second it's a review of the general plot and effects...some details, exciting choices, and criticisms have to be shared.

As far as the pictures, if you see one picture and don't want to see more, then stop. Also, I have ZERO doubt that the photographers named here followed the rules. Hence, they are not yet releasing the photos they have from Little Mermaid. Heck, even I have had a couple Little Mermaid attraction pictures for a couple weeks now, but I know that this site is not about breaking Disney's rules (plus the person who got them for me swore me to secrecy, and they were pretty minor views, but exciting to me anyway!).

Some of us like to get little details as soon as possible. Most people on this site won't even get to the Park this summer, but they want to know about the new rides well before they actually get to experience it. For those that want the 100% unknown experience, they should know not to read reviews.

Wooo Hoooo!! Just checked my email, I'm in on the Wed, May 25 preview between 9am and 1pm!!!!!!!!

One thing I'm wondering about that no one has mentioned, how is the new music? I heard Michael Giacinno was doing it and his work with Space Mountain, Ratatouille, The Incredibles, and Up is just amazing stuff.

Everyone we've asked that to has said the same thing: we didn't pay attention to that, which says a lot about the visuals.

I'll have the audio up soon (not the like CD quality) BUT you'll be able to hear the music and to me anyway it sounds great

I thought the computer animation was pretty bad, and I didn't like that James Earl Jones didn't do the voice for Darth Vader, but other than that it was okay.

Yeah, its the guy who does Chad Vader, he's been doing the Voice since the first Force Unleashed Game

Overall, I really enjoyed it. I still think I need a couple of more rides before a full review. I absolutely loved the queue robots, and the old worker Droid, has a great new job (with a neat effect).

My favorite part? How Ally San-San's eyes freak out while she's giving the Spanish safety spiel!
