I was on my 2nd time on it. Too bad no photos allowed inside that would have been super cool to capture.

I have never been the rebel spy thank god. Actually, I really don't care for this part in star tours, because it makes everyone laugh and it takes the attention away from the ride itself. It always seems like the cast member only chooses little kids or adults making wierd faces at the cameras to be the spy. I don't like it.
My 14yr old daughter was the first time she rode it a couple weeks ago, then I was when I was there last week. I agree it's a bit embarrasing as I was sitting there squinting there without my Rx glasses following the story along...not a flattering picture!
It may have zippity to do with doo-dah
I like that they choose the people that seem to be having the most fun and/or little kids.
I am actually a bit bummed that pictures aren't allowed, with a majority of my friends being on the ride, there's a pretty good chance one of us will get picked. They actually should capture that part and sell the photo.
I've never been, I really want to though haha!

You can take a picture (and film) as long as you don't use a flash or camera light.
I haven't ridden this ride yet but the fact that they do this really is the major reason I didn't jump on the Star Tours 2 band wagon like everyone else.
I have huge stage fright and even this is enough for me to hate this ride. If I want to be part of a show I'll audition for it. But please don't force me.
I wasn't the spy the first time I rode it. This dude 2 seats next to me was though.
Anyone figured out when they take the random photo?

My brother was the very first time he rode during AP previews. They got me, too.
I don't mind it - some might be embarrassed, especially if it captures less than their best pose...
I haven't riden yet. Do they show the rebel spy at the very end?
