I love those! Two years ago my daughter did the Haunted Mansion ghosts. I've still got them displayed here in our office. (Madly printing starspeeders!)

Use card stock when printing. Cut carefully with scissors or an Xato knife (be very careful as these are very shop). Score all the folding lines using a ruler and pen that has run out of ink. Fold, glue and enjoy.
