Re: Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta,Paradise Garden Grill and Corn Dog Castle...

I have never eaten there either. So is there something different about the corn dogs at the Corn Dog Castle verses getting them at Award Wieners or the Red Corn Dog cart at Disneyland?

Corn Dog Castle has the exact same menu now as it did before. Same prices for the 'Dogs, too, I believe.

I love the Corn Dogs and Cheese Dogs at CDC. I don't know why, but I think they're better than any other location that serves them. One of my favorite things to do is get a Corn Dog at CDC and eat it overlooking all the action of Paradise Pier. Lots of delicious fun to be had.

Re: Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta,Paradise Garden Grill and Corn Dog Castle...

We happened to be there a couple of days ago for our annual pilgrimage and we enjoyed both of the new restaurants. The pasta line was a little chaotic because one cast member was telling us to line up in one spot while another was telling people there wasn't a line at all. Miscommunications happen though. The spaghetti and meatballs was very good just the same.

I was surprised that you can't get plain noodles and butter for the kids. This poor woman in (what I think was the) line in front of me asked for that and they said they don't even carry butter there. They could put olive oil on the noodles though, which I'm guessing most kids won't go for. Maybe this is something they can accommodate in the future.
"Do it for me then. Your gaming buddies are going to be there too. It will be good for you kids to go out and blow the stink off yourselves for one night."

"Fine. For you. And for the eradication of stink."

I was disinpointed in the Lemon-Oregano Chicken I though it was lemon chicken and not on a stick. It was good but not the way I wanted it. I though the chicken would be like the one at the Plaza Pallon.

I normally don't post but I can't express how happy I am that the Corn Dog Castle is open again. It is the only place that has the hot link corn dogs. Next to the lobster nachos the hotlink corn dogs are my favorite thing EVAR!
