I been to Star Wars Weekends last year when I was a WDW AP, and its amazing. However, while I believe it would be nice to Disneyland to have it (especially since it has more APs and more of the stars live in California) I believe Disneyland doesn't need it to draw in crowds like DHS does (since it is a pretty small park). It might be better to put in DCA, but of course Star Tours isn't in DCA. However, its kind of hard to justify holding it in DCA (unless it is held in the Hollywood Studios Backlot).
I don't think it's about needing to raise attendance. At least not the idea of bringing it here. It's about having a fun promotion for a loved film franchise.
Then we should do it for all franchises with a fan base. With that logic it'd make more sense to do some other franchise to draw a different audience rather than compete with Florida!Originally Posted by DARTH MAUL

While I have never been to any of the Star Wars events, do you think the fact that Legoland already does this will affect a Star Wars event at Disneyland??
