Red Face Marvel Superhero Center at Downtown Disney

Rather than including Marvel in the parks, what if Disney simply included an EPIC comic book store at Downtown Disney? It can replace that shop attached to the AMC (I forget what it's named) to fit in with the "cinematic-theme" nearby. The shop (Marvel Superhero Center) would be nothing but Marvel, ranging from comic books to movies to action figures to collectibles of all variety. The store would be extremely well-themed, kind of as if guests have stepped into an over-sized comic book or something like that.

Would you rather have an elaborate Marvel store or an elaborate Marvel attraction in either park? I'm neutral.
Theatrical Roles: Various Roles (The Laramie Project), Fred (Oklahoma!), Oberon (Shakespeare in Hollywood), Hero (A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum), Valere (The Miser), Moonface Martin (Anything Goes), Thenardier/Laborer/Army Officer/Ensemble (Les Miserables), Franz (The Sound of Music), Tobias Ragg (Sweeney Todd), Tinman (The Wiz), Elles Dad/Winthrop/Ensemble (Legally Blonde), William Barfee/Leaf's Dad/Jesus Christ (25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Fiddler on the Roof (Rabbi), The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (Muff Potter/Ensemble), Shrek the Musical (Lord Farquaad)

I think if there is a ride in one of the parks, you would get both. Remember the trend now is to have rides exit through a gift shop, so I'm betting that is where your elaboratly themed Marvel store would come in.
