Re: Disneyland Resort Project Tracker 3

I hope that Disneyland gets a new 'project sparkle' for the 60th in 2015. I would love for them to give some love to all the Fantasyland Darkrides.

Aaaand, CPG hasn't been an authentic representation of the '50s ever since they removed the ice cream fountain, rebuilt the stage and tent with circus details, and created the new is-it-Frontierland-or-is-it-Main-Street facade for the new entrance to Zocalo.
I miss the ice cream fountain.

The Matterhorn looks lovely - I'm guessing now it's just going to need a series of inspections and a bunch of test runs, and it'll be reading to open in June? (If all goes well, that is.)

There does not seem to be a ton of space in the area adjacent to the Plaza Gardens to even built the PFF. There is just one small stand of old trees.

The rest of the area, Carnation Stage and walkways will need to remain for simple guest flow. So will the buildings that house the 6 meet and greet rooms (2 identical halls with 3 meet and greet rooms each) be fit into where those trees are?

Nope. It's actually green. I know it's tough to read, but if you check out the full-sized version of Mint's pic, and zoom in on the note taped to the front of the sled, you can see that it includes the text 'Color: Green'.

Here is my attempt to blow up that part of the pic -

I love the green bobsleds. They look great next to the similarly-colored roof on the queue.

Those new menu boards look very Star Tours! I love them! Yay for small projects that will slowly destroy the leftovers of TL '98! TL desperately needed to start to move to a more unified theme and since star tours is one of the most popular attractions it looks like it will all vaguely fit.
