Always such an ordeal looking through the Dateline Disneyland photos... Every picture is repeated 5-10 times or even more!

That's because the smugmug link is a photo album uploaded from a camera rather than a complete update.

MasterGracey did this to allow us to view the unedited photos before they are posted in the full Dateline Disneyland update on Monday.

OMG people of course I was joking!! CCT was looking amazing!

But hey, if they want to spend even more time and $$ to make it look even better, they can go right ahead.

Looks like new beach balls are in place now at Luigi's. Anyone still have doubts that they are going to be implementing them in the final product?

Latest view of the strange balcony: there is a strange awning on the side that is attached to the strange extension on the railing. Strange.

The Churr-Os box in FFF has been replaced by a regular churro stand. I'm thinking it's probably out for refurb.

Perhaps they are the defunct projection domes from World of Color? They still haven't returned have they?

Those might be the old ones that were placed there after they were removed. There are some old photos of them not covered in the same spot. However, I almost feel like they disappeared for a while and are now back. Maybe they finally fixed them? Time will tell.

If they are implementing the beach balls, what do you guys think of them having the tri colors of red, white, and green, to coincide with the Italian flag? It would match the tiny flags above as well.

Ah, that's what the scaffolding was for. Very creative! I like it. They sure put it up fast and removed the scaffolding fast too.

Yeah, scaffolding was still up when I went to Paradise Pier and the work was done by the time I came back around through Grizzly Peak.

Oh, and ignore that it says MintCrocodile in the corner, I DEFINITELY took the photo. Wanted to give him some credit. actuallyididnttakethephoto

But of course they're putting them in the attraction! Because...Italian cars...love...beach balls...with...their tires?

(It'd be funny if the backstory were that Luigi decided to take a note from DCA 1.0 and get more customers using cheap marketing, i.e. beach balls.)

Yes those are the old domes. There are some more south of those along the building. They removed the mechanisms that raise and lower the domes and covered the holes up with grating on the platform. I would not expect them back any time soon or ever for that matter.
