Since the list isn't given to the public, I doubt Disney would know whom to look for.

I know at places like Knotts and Six Flaggs they have signs at every que telling you that cutting in line or saving places in live is strictly forbidden and will cause for your immediate eviction from the park.

I've seen Knotts enforce it before. While waiting for Ghost Rider some lady and her friend were apparently holding a place in line for others because once we reached the upper area before the loading zone 4 more people pushed their way through the line from who knows where and so instead of only two people ahead of me there were now six. The couple behind me made a stink about it and told one of the ride ops about it and they were pulled aside before boarding and moments later security showed up and they were escorted out. Don't know if they were taken out of the ride or the park.

That is one of my pet peeves. People who don't keep their group together and then think its o.k. for them to join the rest of the party all the way ahead in line when the correct and courteous thing to do is let others pass you by till you join your friends at the rear of the line, which I have seen happen a few times.
I've seen it at Disneyland, a group of 4 hopped the lines (someone holding a spot) on Dumbo, Security came, the ride was stopped, the offenders were taken off and interviewed, and escorted out. It was sort of sad since there were 2 kids, but then again rules are rules and the parents should have known.

Overall "being banned" is more of a stigma, if they don't want you there you probably don't want to return. . . sort of like the drunk guy at a wedding they want you to be shamed.

Not sure about Lennon, but I know Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys was turned away from Disneyland back in the 60's or 70's for having long hair.

Right, because there's no such thing as casing a joint or doing test runs.

I'm pretty sure our local police and our US Military would be taking care of people on the US terror list.

Well it wasn't hidden for long.

Speaking of John Lennon, didn't he sign the final papers legally dissolving the Beatles in his room at the Polynesian Resort at WDW?

Couldn't affected him too much. Brian Wilson just released an album of Disney music and Beach Boys 60's classic Surfer Girls was inspired by his listening to "When You Wish Upon a Star".

Anyone wonder why they changed the apple?
