Disney did not let me down! They showed their promise and returned my hat back to me. My Indy fedora is the same I bought at the Indiana Jones Outpost back in Summer 2010. But it is not the same, instead the hat is a replacement for my old one, I guess they could not find it and wanted to apologize by giving me a replacement free of charge for my lost hat on Matterhorn before the refrub and during the refurb.
Thank you, Disney. I wish I can provide positive feedback on the Lost and Found services, though the phone can work too, though.
