Yikes. No, no and no. Japanese Anime stuff is sort of creepy and I don't think it belongs anywhere in the parks. At all.

His stuff generally doesn't have a creepy look to it really.

Ghibli Studios mas made many more than 9 films.
    Howl's Moving Castle
    Spirited Away
    Princess Mononoke
    Porco Rosso
    The Cat Returns
    Grave of the Fireflies
    Laputa
    Kiki's Delivery Service
    Lupin
    Totoro
    Panda! Go Panda!
    Pom Poko
    Ponyo
    My Neighbors the Yamadas
    Arrietty
    Tales from Earthsea
    Whispers of the Heart
    Only Yesterday
    Night of Taneyamagahara
    Nausicaa
    Horus

So, enough for a whole park!

The only slightly creepy thing in any of his films is the Catbus. And that is more silly and strange than creepy. There are many creepy anime out there, but his are not some of them. Miyazaki makes some of the most beautiful films, both visually and emotionally. <3

I wouldn't suggest a "Grave of the Fireflies" attraction unless you want kids to cry forever.
