These pictures are great. I'm going to have to make some time to see the rest of them. Thanks for posting.

Tom - I think I saw you, too. I was walking down Main Street (towards Town Square) sometime around noon, and I swear I saw you walking the other direction towards the Hub - on the east side of the street somewhere around the Penny Arcade. You had a big smile on your face, and I think you had a backpack (or it may have been your camera).

I was tempted to say hi, but wasn't sure it was you...

...and I'm going to have to make time to edit and post the rest of them! I've been seriously busy catching up on work at the office since this last minute Disneyland trip!

Not silly at all. We're already anxiously awaiting our next Disneyland trip. When we said goodbye to DCA this time, we knew the place would look DRAMATICALLY different the next time we walked through the turnstiles and straight up (what a change there from the past few months!) Buena Vista Street. We cannot wait for this summer!

Big smile on my face? That sounds about right. As I stated in my lengthy recap on caption to that first photo of Donald, I was a bit shocked when I read all of the negative accounts of "One More Disney Day" at Disneyland. We had an AMAZING day! Absolutely amazing. The weather cooperated and the special food was spectacular. Of course, we also weren't in a hurry to do many attractions, so that helped!

About those trees with the pink blossoms at the Hub... Are they cherry trees?

There should be a sticky thread called "This Day in Disney History." The company has a long history and this would be a good way to acknowledge it. Walt was born 112 years ago; that's quite a chunk of American history and culture.

Ha, sorry about the redundancy! I think most people here don't follow me in those other locations.

For anyone who ever wonders if they see me in the parks, "in a hurry" pretty much describes me 99% of the time. Actually, "in a hurry to nowhere in particular" might describe me a little better. I always move quickly. That's just how I like to move. I'd rather walk twice as far and NOT be moving in a crowd than move slowly in a crowd, even if the end result is arriving at the location at the same time. I just hate moving slowly. No clue why. Oddly, crowds don't irritate me (we had fun on New Year's Eve at WDW and a great time on OMDD), it's just my preference to move quickly. So don't not stop me to say hello just because I'm moving quickly. Chances are I'm not moving quickly because I have anything pressing on my agenda...it's just the way I move!

^Those pictures appear a bit soft for some reason. They must have compressed when resized for MC. To see them in all their glory, click the image to go to its page, and then once the page loads, click again to see the full size lightbox version. They appear much better!
