Disneyland archaeology 101: what's the story behind this artifact?

    Recently uncovered in an excavation:

Anyone out there know what the story of this artifact is? I can't seem to find any info on it. Maybe you or a CM from this era (1990) can tell me.

From what I can tell it appears to be made of some sort of metal, most likely bronze (Gold Perhaps?). And I would say it is from the very early 1990’s. I would also say it belonged to some one in the cattle trade, number 503 I believe.

I'd guess this is from State Fair that year. I don't have my show schedules in front of me from 1990, but once I do, I can check to see if such a show existed.
