Can someone answer this?
Why do people in Asia seemingly love knockoffs so much?
I'm not aware of things like this happening anywhere else in the world besides Asia, where people embrace cheap knockoffs.
Why?
Is it because there are no laws on the books to protect copyrighted material? Or is it just that Asian culture prevents people from telling the difference between the real thing and a ripoff?
Oh my Goodness! This is horrendous! I wonder how many people go into seizures from that blinking jumble of Christmas lights finale?! Yowza! The dolls standing motionless seem a tad eerie, but I wouldn't really call them "zombies".
And Nara Dreamland?!!! OOh Boy! Their version of the Matterhorn just about made me pee myself. Hilarious. I want to go there....I could spend days exploring that dump. Thanks for sharing, guys! I had no idea this stuff existed!
For those of you that are curious about my wedding:

This is right up there with that Fake Apple Store they found.
Anyway, maybe they are onto something. Disneyland can make a halloween version of IASW. They can darken/turn off lights and shut off the animatronics, just like this bootleg version.
I'd ride it!
Disneyland Annual Passholder, Lakers Season Ticket Holder, and now..........Universal Studios Annual Passholder!

I think it's just because most will never get to see the real deal, so there's money to be made on a cheaper knock off. Yes, to us, it's cheap as all get out... we're a tad spoiled and grew up on the real deal. If you're a poor kid in China or something, this will seem awesome to you.
