    Question About Buying An AP

Well in February I am getting my first annual pass and I am very excited. The thing that I want to know is can you buy an annual pass with disney dollars? I don't intend to buy the whole thing with disney dollars but I don't want to show up and not be able to get it. Thanks to anyone in advance.

I also just want to wish a Happy Holidays to everyone here on MiceChat!

Yes, you can use Disney Dollars as part or all of your payment for any type of AP or park ticket.

    No worries..

At Disneyland, Disney Dollars are just like cash.

Can I ask what Disney Dollars are? Do you get them by using the Disney credit card?

They paper money but all disney. They have a character on the front and a castle on the back. The only amount I think they have are $1,5,10. You can get them at the disney store.

Yeah, and they HOPE that you'll keep it as a souvenier instead of spending it...(I would if I had one. LOL)

Kind of like the $10 ones that they were giving away with the purchase of an AP a while back.

Hey, I got some of those Disney Dollar 10's last year with some AP renewals... but I thought they were just regular DD'$ and let the kids spend them! Were they some kind of Special Disney Dollars??
