Goofy's Kitchen ~ Breakfast or Dinner?

I want to take my two year old to a character meal when we go in August and I have settled on Goofy’s Kitchen but was wondering if there is any difference between going to the breakfast or the dinner (other than price)?

Are there characters at both meals?

yes there are Characters at both times, Dinner and breakfast are the same price so for YOU id say dinner because , well simply breakfast is DIRT cheap(big money maker for any restaurant) and youll get more of a value. Carving station, salads, sweets, as apposed to eggs, sausage, bacon stuff like that

I didn't know Breakfast was so much cheaper?! Can you still order drinks from the adjacent Brass Lounge?

Breakfast and lunch are both great!

We usually get the breakfast because it'll hold us over for most of the day. There's a huuuge selection, it's not really just breakfast food either- there's a wide variety of things. There's just as much food as dinner, just different types. I believe they even have pizza during breakfast and things like that.

We've noticed from previous experiences that there seems to be more characters during breakfast and they linger around longer.

If you end up doing breakfast I suggest making your reservation for around noon or something. Eat a light breakfast/snack in the morning, then go to your reservation, and later that night you'll probably be satisfied with another snack and not a meal.

    Have fun!

eating lunch puts a damper on ones time though. your in the park for 2 hours, ahve to leave, get there, eat and back by 2 at the earliest, I say make it the first thing you do or last.

And at goofys there are no princess's anymore thats what Ariels Disney princess celebration is for.(ok 1 is there and thats snow white,or was the night i was there.)
when we went for dinner i say about 12 and they were always around, Aladdin and
    Geppetto were there too
And if your going in August, trust me there will ALWAYS be characters there, its the busiest time of year in the summer

    Thanks for the suggestions!
Breakfast and Dinner are not the same price....

    BREAKFAST
    Adult $29.99
    Child (3-9) $15.99

    DINNER
    Adult (12 & up) $35.99
    Child (3-9) $15.99

I am leaning towards booking the dinner - I am not a breakfast lover but if the breakfast was the only meal with characters then I wouldn't consider the dinner.

I always preferred breakfast myself. The dinner isn't bad, but I'm always up for saving a few bucks.

But I don't want to go among MAD people!

Dinner is the best at Goofy's Kitchen. They also have better characters at night. I recommend going there for dinner.

I was there for dinner about a week ago and personally, I think that there's much more value in the dinner. GK is my favorite character dining experience. You have many more options with dinner and it's a nice way to end a day at the park. Just remember to pace yourself....that's always the problem I have. :P
