Do they put nacho cheese on the angus beef sandwich? I'm hoping not but it's hard to tell in the photo.

its supposed to be white cheddar, but it doesn't taste like nacho cheese

Plaza Inn Cobb Salad doesn't look good to me! It's all dressing. I'm glad I reviewed these photos before our trip. Same with Pacific Wharf. There were about 2 bites of salad and mostly it's just the bread boule they're selling.

I like French Market salads because they're made fresh and you can ask for less dressing.

No, it's cheddar - doesn't have the spicy type taste or mouth feel of typical convenience store/movie theater nacho cheese, which I presume is what you are imagining.

You can ask for less dressing or have it on the side at Plaza Inn. My sister got it on the side. They made the salad right in front of me.

Pulled pork sandwich from the Riverbelle Terrace - added sauteed onions and mushrooms and horseradish cream sauce from the hot toppings bar they have now (which reminded me of Pecos Bill's at Magic Kingdom)

Sundae made with cookies and cream ice cream from the Ghiradelli shop in California Adventure. Makes me wish I had one right now, in fact...

    Stage Door corn dog basket.

Sonoma Valley Chicken from Storytellers Cafe - definitely one I'd order again. Dark meat chicken braised in red wine sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, bacon crumbles and braised/roasted mushrooms (which were the best mushrooms I'd had in a restaurant in a long time, perfectly cooked)

That is exactly what I was imagining. I like melted cheese but not liquid cheese. Also your photos of the food! Super fantastic and very clear.
