After finding out about the increase in ticket prices from all of you very informative micechatters I called ethe rest of my friends to give them the heads up about purchasing tickets now for our upcoming trip in October.
Anyway, my friend was planning to purchase a ticket for her dd that will only be 2 while we are visiting. Of course I quickly informed her that her dd will be free. However, she brought up some valid concerns. Her dd will be turning 3 the day we are traveling home. Because of this she is having her birthday party before we leave for Cali and will also be making a big deal out of her b-day while we are there. She won't be telling her dd or her ds (5) that her b-day is on the trip home because that's no fun, right?
So you can see how this may pose a problem for her.
CM: How old is your dd?
Mom: she's 2
Son: uh-uh mom sister just turned 3.
I told her to bring dd's birth certificate just in case, but she isn't comfortable carrying around this type of document in DL. I can't say I blame her, so I suggested she leave it in safe at hotel. And then she was worried that she would happen to get questioned on a morning we had a res or were planning to get fastpass for woc and would have to travel all the way back to off-site hotel and back. Because this is causing her so much stress she is still thinking about buying dd a ticket, which I think is a waste of money.
So I guess I'm wondering if anyone has had any problems with CM's not believing you when you've told them your childs honest age of 2?
