I wouldn't call the queues minimal as attractions before this one had little to no theme (Nemo and TSM comes to mind). What I meant with no corners cut is with what was presented, they simply didn't half-*** it which I was expecting. Looking at the layout there still seems to be some room for expansion so maybe we'll see a dark ride later on or with Luigi's Tires being a headache things will change there. Also I wouldn't skip Maters as it's a fun little attraction with a queue that moves quickly.

Overall, Cars Land is a smash success that Disney and the fans can be proud of. Just seeing the main street in town and the mountain range is an attraction in itself. It is no Wizarding World, but it is the best thing to hit the Disneyland Resort in a very long time. Much to be excited about. I can't wait to go back and see it all again!
Yeah really wished they built a small fantasyland dark ride, but if Luigis fails maybe they can build a dark ride there, where you are in a tire vehicle on a track that spins. Kind of like a roger rabbit type ride but built around luigi

Also the inside of luigis queue was awesome and I really loved the queue for RSR. Lots of shade and loved the buildings(especially the one built out of bottles.) very awesome indeed

How are the seats size wise? I'm on the large size with wide hips and I want to make sure I can fit it.

That was my guess too, in case of one the Maters breaks down. He can still appears in both scenes.

I did observe some larger framed riders entering and exiting. It will be manageable and not impossible. Comfort will be your determination.

Front row center seat best for taller riders (appeared to have most leg room. Front left and right seats have a tapering floor board but are bearable.

During the SUN AP morning preview...it didn't look like it went more than 30mins tops on the single rider side. I can imagine a determine single rider could have easily gotten 4-5 rides in this morning without sweating it.

Let's try that again haha. The first one backs into the brush and stops. Then it comes out to do the scene again for the car behind you. Meanwhile you see the second one in the next scene backing out of the brush. Once you pass him, he pulls back into the brush so he can repeat that scene for the next car.

I don't like the green colored car (ride vehicle), its just an ugly color IMO....everything else looks awesome.

Without doubt this is THE highlight in Cars Land! The queue is amazing as we go through the rock work and unusual buildings (which fit in perfectly with the Rt. 66 idea as well as the topography of northern Arizona), and the ride itself is virtual perfection on quality! The opening chords of the cruising theme are perfectly timed, and the dark portion of the ride is nothing short of brilliant!!!

This is a ride I can easily see myself going on time and time again!!!
