Do you want to know there location or just see a pic and find them yourself? I can remember a few that I saw but I don't want to give you any info that you don't want and spoil the surprise. :)
Look up at the electric cables above CL City Hall ...
if you get luigi side of RSR you'll see a hidden mickey on the right on a read tool box near doc hudson
