The following are either rumors or wishful thinking: New Tomorrowland, Stark Expo, Frontierland expansion/ Wizard of Oz, Screamin' queue and a ride in its helix, some areas in Hollywood land, and Grizzly Peak area.
My guess for the next big project would be a land, either Frontierland expansion, Oz, or TL to compete with Harry Potter, which opens between '14-'16.

What about: Downtown Disney Expansion, Disney Parking Lot Expansion, New Hotel Announcement. Any news on any of these?
Pretty sure they will have a little break before going on to the next big procheck.
My money would be on a big Marvel-themed E ticket for Disneyland Park.
