I hate to amit this...I actually worked my college classes around May 5th kick off day and Star Wars Midnight Opening...so I wont have class on the day of those big events for 2005...
Went to a party the other night
All the ladies were treating me right
Moving my feet to the disco beat
How in the world could I keep my seat
All of a sudden I began to change
I was on the dance floor acting strange
Flapping my arms I began to cluck
Look at me..I'm the disco duck

Ah, looking forward to the 50th, too. Got our rooms - even though we're close enough to drive, we want to partake in the atmosphere of the event properly. Wow EnglishDFan - Way to go! All the way from England! Excellent!

I will be there Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I made my hotel reservation a couple of months ago at the Park Vue Inn right across the street from the Harbor Blvd entrance. Will be meeting my Godson from North Carolina for the first time and the are coming for that and for the 50th of Disneyland. It will be a great time. My birthday and the Parks birthday are on the same day of the week this year as they were on that first visit 50 years ago. And all the new freinds I have made on these boards, and a few old friend who will be there on Sunday as well. This is a very special celebration for me this year. And right after this vacation, I go back to work and give them two weeks notice that I am retireing. How great is that?
