ORWEN: I think it's snow that's up there! At least that's what I saw the last time I flew over on my broom stick.

ORGOCH: As if yer broom stick could even lift a big fat butt like yers that high!

Back in the day, they used to mount a giant illuminated star up there at Christmas time. You can see the mounting post for it in that photo. It is said that they stopped putting the star up in the 70's because of the energy crisis.

Check out this photo of it on flickr: 1963 Disneyland Christmas Star | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

I'm thinking pyro launchers for the Pirates section of the RDCT fireworks. Also maybe the door where Tinkerbell, Dumbo, Zero, etc, are put on the wire for the fireworks.

I'm not sure what you are specifically looking at.

There is an opening at the very top easier to spot in a vertical site line. It's for access, among other things the climbers use it to set up ropes and climb back down.

    Tinkerbelle flies from the side.

There is a pole up there used to attach ropes for the climbers. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some type of antenna up there as well.

The Matterhorn is secretly a volcano and that is the top of the lava tube.

My voice shall be heard from this wilderness and I shall be delivered from this fetid and festering sewer."

I don't think that anybody would want to play basketball at the very tippy-top of the Matterhorn. The photos of the court on the 'Net show that it was built inside the mountain.

At the very top, there's a firework launcher, an antenna, and a camera. I believe there may also be a small hatch. Tink flies down from a very well-hidden door on the side of the peak.

I don't think she loads there anymore, it looks to me every time that she flies out from the left and ends on the left now.
