You know, Disneyland...for a place that was designed well over a half a century ago to bring joy and inspiration to all the world...you sure have...succeeded!

Have a very Happy Birthday...a day filled with smiling kids and parents, a day filled with happy grandmas and grampas, a day of blooming flowers, wonderful aromas, and the sound of laughter and delight. Disneyland is truely an American original that no other themepark can even barley surpass. No mater how many thrill rides Cedar Fair or Six Flags can stuff Disneyland will always be on top. Its a way to experience the history of our nation while still having a good time, Walt and his creative team made a place where in essence we have the superpowers traveling to distant times Main Street USA, Frontierland, way down in o'l New Orleans. A way for people to be able to seek comfort from the issues of the world. Bob Hope described this on WDW'S opening "All is not lost, entertainment is on the way". I think this is how we should all look at Disney's parks not as a way of making more money for one of the worlds largest entertainment company but as example of a true first class themepark and how they should be built.

Happy Birthday, Disneyland!!

I'll never forget my experiences and memories from my visits. It was truly unforgettable, Disneyland aged well and certainly never gets old. Even in 2012, the park shines both day and night. You have more than 50 attractions and rides than your east coast sister park and better upkeep. Disneyland is an American original and when it first opened in 1955, there wasn't any other theme park to match Disneyland at that time. The park brought many guests memories and amazing experiences, thank Walt for creating Disneyland. The park is not only for kids, instead it is for everyone at the ages 3 to 90. Its where both adults and children can enjoy.

In just 3 more years, it will be the big 60th anniversary, the celebration will be bigger and more grander than the 50th.
